Sunburst progress

Hi All I Hope you all had a lovely week, we had A LOT of rain here in the UK this week so there were plenty of crochet days :)

here is my progress this week on my Sunburst throw,

I'm doing it in blocks of ten wide, that makes it 35 in without the border so that's plenty wide enough,

I'm not sure how long it will be...I'll just keep going till I feel it's enough :)
I've joined them together using the whip stitch, you can see a video on that below.

Happy crafting in whatever you do
:)

  5. Hiya dearest Summer hope as always that I find you well :)))))) , and that you managed to dodge the downpours , my how they exploded into the sun kissed days , hit drenched and were gone as fast as they came ..but how we so needed that rain, and HOW THE UK GOT IT :)))))) .. But to the subject matter at hand , YOUR latest creation , your crocheted throw over , and Ooooohhhh my those fingers have been busy whilst the rains fell , and what a beautiful display of beautiful bright colours you bring to us in this share :))))))) ..and how you balance the variables of colour throughout dear Summer , allowing you to reverse the lay of the colours and criss cross to your heart's delight . Would you consider going half as much again dear Summer upon the ten across , Or is that only a yes if I pick up a crocheting hook and get busy :))))) hahahahahaha , and of course one creates to your own personal dimensional needs . I just so love the striking beautiful array of colour upon the dark background Summer , how the finished throw over will FILL your sewing room with even MORE colour to brighten your days come the winter months ... you have learnt well dearest Summer , and your project shows it in its display to date , I TRULY cannot await its completion Summer its presence will so add to the already warmed sewing room you have created ...its so striking dear Summer the colours race to ones eyes in their celebration of being , beautiful , just soooo beautiful , Thank YOU , as always dear Summer for a beautiful and at the same time constructive, and instructive blog , so nice as it were to kick off the wet wellies of the world , and to be able to enter a warm welcoming place , grab a brew pull up a chair and have a good old chin wag , :)))))) one always feels at ease here dear lady such places of such Peaceful, tranquil and serine harmony being so rare now ..Love the background daisies :)))) As ALWAYS my sincere respects to you dear lady , yours Ban :))))))) ^~~^
